Ligaya with a smile

I'm a HUGE Eraserheads fan. I grew up at a perfect timing to be one, I guess, because when they went mainstream with Ligaya, it was the time I was listening to the radio a lot in high school (and learning how to play the guitar), and during the peak of their fame in the 90s, I was an innocent, excited, freshman in UP Diliman. I have a copy of all of their albums (original, and NOT pirated) from Ultra all the way down to Stereoxide (still looking for a copy of Pop U), and I still listen to their music a lot, even up to now.

When I found out that there was going to be a tribute album, and a corresponding launch at UP (a la Cutterpillow, with 'free' CD), I was ecstatic. :) But unfortunately, due to a tight sked, I wasn't able to go to the Jam 88.3 station in Ortigas to get tickets (and the album, of course :-( ).

But thoinks to Jovs, I'm still able to listen to the album (amazing how fast it got pirated via MP3) today... that is, until Beej gets me a copy of the original in a couple of days. :)
