Free candy!

Last night, we had a "despedida" gimik for my officemate and swim buddy Tom. Unfortunately, his current contract (which will end next week) will no longer be extended, and after that, he'll be visiting his wife Maricel in the States. He says he's coming back after one year, but somehow, I don't completely believe him. ;) Anyway, that's why Tom, myself, Frank, Alan, Sid and Jhune decided to have a few bottles of beer at the newly opened Cowboy Grill Lite, which was just a stone's throw away from the office. Of course GMA was all over the news yesterday, so everyone was talking about it, all while we were watching and listening to 24 Oras.

After a long afternoon of debates, I was surprised to find out that Frank was taking care of the bill at Cowboy, as well as on the next location (thanks Frank!). However, knowing the group assembled last night, I was not surprised about the next activity -- "information gathering" in Asia. Sweet!
