Feel the love
If there's such a thing as a 'non-Makati person', Beej and I were definitely that last Wednesday. We got lost looking for Tseri's office and it took us almost an hour to finally pick up the stuff that I was supposed to pick up last year. Nuninu... (Thanks Richie!) At least, it made us a little bit healthier because we walked a lot. :) Afterwards, we even had a 'healthy' dinner at Teriyaki Boy. And even better, we had a 'healthy' talk later that night. Nuninu...
The next day, I got some good news because I retained my 'second place standing' in French class (quatre-vingt huit!). :) How did we celebrate being salutatorian? Swimming and Friends mini-marathon! :)
The following day, I took Beej to her dentist appointment, where, essentially, nothing happened, and nothing was done. Pati ngipin, pasaway! After 'going to the dentist', we headed to Cafe Breton at Podium, where I had crepe with saucisse de veau, tomate, fromage & oeuf; Beej had crepe with fromage, tomate & ail; and we both had dessert crepe with banane, beurre de cacahuete, glace & amandes. Yum! Tipid what? ;)

Saturday was headlined by The Family Stone. Great movie. Most probably, I'll get a (pirated original) DVD of this, when it comes out. ;)
And finally, this just in -- Kobe's Lakers finally beat Shaq's Heat yesterday, Martin Luther King Day, 100-92. :) The longtime protagonists even shook hands before the game. Plastik! Hehe. Shaq 3, Kobe 1.
